At Olmsted, the lighting embraces Chef Greg Baxtrom’s expression of ingredient-driven food, drink, and design. The simple, but impactful, lighting design carefully balances the restaurant's various sections, while highlighting the unique combination of open and outdoor spaces. We took a more authentic and classic approach, relying less on layers of technique and flourish, to create a fresh and comfortable atmosphere for diners throughout.
